Breast reduction at Breast Atelier was the best decision of my life! Looking back, I just thought to myself: Why didn't I have this done earlier?
From the very beginning, I felt very well advised and informed. Dr. Noever took the time to explain everything to me in detail, so I was able to openly address all my questions and concerns. At some point, I suddenly had the courage - and I just went for it!
On 31.10.23 was the big day! I have very positive memories of the operation, as the whole team gave me a warm welcome and took wonderful care of me. The operation took place on an outpatient basis in the morning and everything went smoothly and professionally. After the operation I was allowed to have a snack in the clinic and was able to go home at 3 pm. Thanks to the attentive and caring care I received, I felt safe and comfortable at all times.
The first thing I really wanted to do after the operation was to take a look at my breast. Of course, everything was still bandaged and covered by the compression bra, which was pressing quite tightly - but I could immediately see that my chest circumference was significantly smaller. At that moment, I felt happy and knew that I had done the right thing.
After a few hours at home, I had a small circulatory collapse. I felt dizzy and black in the eyes and passed out for a few seconds. Fortunately, I wasn't alone and I was helped immediately. This experience showed me how important it is to have support and company in the first few hours and days/weeks.
In the days that followed, the compression bra was a little uncomfortable as it pinched. I had drains for the first 24 hours, which I found cumbersome and pinched the side of my breast, but they were removed the very next morning during the check-up - a great relief - and from then on things improved noticeably! I hardly had any pain – thanks to the medication, I only felt a slight tingling and pulling sensation, which was completely normal.
The healing process went very well. I always had dedicated and supportive contact with the Breast Atelier. Whenever I had questions or was unsure, I could call or even drop by. I was always given friendly advice and taken seriously. That gave me a lot of confidence.
Of course, some scars remained after the operation, but they have healed very nicely and now look fine and inconspicuous. The nipple area in particular was very aesthetically and precisely sutured. The result is really beautiful. Over time, the feeling in the nipples slowly returned until everything was completely normal again.
I waited a very long time before deciding to have the operation. After three pregnancies, during each of which I breastfed fully, my body was severely altered. But at some point, the right moment comes for every woman - and when it does, you just feel it. Then you just need the courage to take the plunge. Today, almost two years later, I am overjoyed with the result! I feel free, feminine and self-confident. I can finally wear clothes that I like and show myself off in summer without feeling uncomfortable. It is an incredible feeling to be in harmony with my body again.
I am very grateful to Dr. Noever and his team. I would recommend this step to any woman who, like me, used to suffer from an overly large bust. It is not just an aesthetic change, but a liberation, both physically and mentally. It has really changed my life for the better! I am now really proud of my "new" breasts.
