The female body needs time to adjust to the new situation after pregnancy and childbirth. Interestingly, the effects only manifest themselves much later, i.e. not immediately after the birth: the abdominal skin is still contracting, the breast is strained by breastfeeding and you often lose weight at first. In order to achieve the best results after a mommy makeover, you should definitely give your body time and only then, if at all desired, consider possible surgical interventions. After a combination operation of this type, you should not wear anything heavy for a while. This is of course extremely impractical for a new mother.

We therefore advise you to wait and enjoy your new life situation until your body has completed the process of pregnancy- and birth-related changes. This includes the fact that your body weight has stabilized and you have stopped breastfeeding, i.e. at the earliest 3 months after the birth. By then, the body has usually stabilized to such an extent that you can think about possible interventions.
