from Patient J.W.
In my 30s, I was happy with my body - I had a full, natural C-cup and felt comfortable. However, this changed after two pregnancies and breastfeeding. My body was quickly fit again, but my breasts had lost a lot of volume. What remained was a tight B and excess skin - a constant annoyance for me in the mirror.
When my youngest daughter was three years old, I started to pay more attention to myself and my body again. For the first time, I expressed a desire to change the shape of my breasts. My husband initially thought that I should stay the way I was - and I put the issue to one side for the time being. Until the next spring when bikini time was approaching.
The Breast Atelier was recommended to me by a mom friend who had already had very good experiences herself. I felt that I was in good hands right from the start. The consultation was empathetic, honest and patient - I had a total of three appointments before I was sure that I really wanted to take this step.
I was particularly impressed by the calm, professional atmosphere and the genuine interest in my needs and expectations. They took the time to explain everything to me in detail and to find the right solution together.
The time had finally come! I was naturally excited, but at the same time full of anticipation. The procedure was perfectly organized, everything went quickly and yet with a lot of calm. I was allowed to leave the clinic after just a few hours.
As my husband was looking after the children during this time and we didn't want the little ones to notice too much, I took an UBER home. I consistently spent the first two to three days in bed and took it easy - in hindsight, this was extremely valuable for healing.
Our children spent the first night with their grandparents and my husband then took them on a short vacation for two days. This time of rest was priceless for me.
From the third day onwards, I felt fit enough to cope with everyday life with two children (4 and 6 years old) - even though, of course, I consistently refrained from carrying the children for the first six weeks.
I was grateful that my husband also took over a lot of the household chores in the first few weeks after the operation. I was able to work on my laptop much more quickly and without any problems again - the physical restrictions were limited as long as I took good care of myself.
Six weeks after the operation, I slowly started doing sport again, and after five to six months I felt as if nothing had ever happened.
Today I jog regularly again, do body pump and occasionally kick power and sometimes carry two children around at the same time - without any restrictions!
I feel comfortable, attractive and desirable again. My breasts suit me and my body again - they look and feel natural.
I am glad that I decided to have breast augmentation and didn't wait a month longer.
A big thank you to the entire Breast Atelier team - for the empathetic support, the professional care and the wonderful result! I would do it again in a heartbeat.
