The long-awaited wish for breast augmentation

For seven years, I struggled with the decision to finally fulfill my dream of a symmetrical body image and, more importantly, a healthy body image and mental serenity through breast augmentation.

Basically, apart from this one issue, I was very happy with my body. I had wanted a more feminine upper body for a long time and when my desire for a breast augmentation grew after I turned 18, I finally took the plunge in November 2021! First of all: I now feel more comfortable than ever and it was the best decision of my life!

Any fears and doubts about the procedure

The decision-making process was a long one. For weeks, my feelings fluctuated between "I have to accept myself as I am and it can't be that I don't dare leave the house without a push-up bra".

The day of the operation and the time afterwards

Of course, the day of the operation was very exciting and I was nervous. But from the moment I entered the clinic until the operation, the entire care staff gave me enough support that I was relatively calm before the operation started.

The first night after the operation was understandably very restless and uncomfortable (also due to the drainage), but thanks to modern medicine, the pain was bearable.

In general, it was of course much easier to endure the pain (which I would have expected to be worse), as I had decided to take this step and knew what it would mean as a consequence.

After 6 months, everything has healed smoothly, I feel super comfortable in my body and I am proud to have taken the plunge.
