There are round or teardrop-shaped implants. The term "round" is somewhat misleading because there are many variations of this shape, from completely flat to very spherical. A beautiful, full and natural-looking breast is easily achievable with both implant shapes. The shape of the implant also changes in the body, depending on whether the implant is placed under the muscle or over the muscle. It is therefore not possible to say in general terms whether round or teardrop-shaped is better.
